Datron Davis serves as one of the Founders as well as the Chief Executive Officer of Harvest Pointe Community Development Corporation. Datron has been active in community outreach since 2006 where he worked to improve living and education conditions for marginalized populations. Datron has worked in various capacities that include bridging the gap between business and ministry partnership to develop surrounding communities.

The attributes that best describe Datron as a leader are strong, compassionate and decisive.  He specializes in leadership development and consulting. He has expressed a burning desire to help in the 48211 area where Harvest Pointe CDC resides. His views of compassion and engagement are strongly encouraged. With a strong staff who cares about the needs of the region and who want to connect with the community, Datron's vision for serving the region has taken shape. He takes service to others very seriously and desires to extend his expertise to help others improve their lives.

Datron has been happily married for 23 years to his wife, LeAnn Davis. They have 3 children: LeDai, Datron, Jr. and Daylen.

LeAnn Davis serves as one of the Founders and Executive Director of Harvest Pointe Community Development Corporation. LeAnn has spent her talents serving as a liason between Regeneration Church and the business sector since 2006. LeAnn works as a domestic missionary to bridge gaps that bring resources into the lives of individuals, families and the community.

The attributes that best describe LeAnn are a strong presence of leadership, caring and resourceful. She has expressed an intense desire to love and lead in a community where needs are present. She has spent time mentoring educationally through her academic group, Contagios Greatness providing tutoring and mentoring services. LeAnn assists her husband with leading a team that embraces a responsibility to give back to the region in which it resides.

LeAnn graduated from Wayne State University in 2006 with a degree in English Secondary Education and Communications. She currently teaches middle school English at University Prep Middle School.

LeAnn has been happily married for 23 years to her husband Datron. They have 3 beautiful children: LeDai, Datron, Jr. and Daylen.
